Miss L-v-d-y

1771 Edition

Craven Street, York Buildings

Locations:

Putney

Her Covent Garden Ladies Entry:

This is an Hibernian beauty of uncommon parts: She is extremely well bred, her great good sense, a very delicate person, and a little of the Shiboleth of her country renders her conversation (which is generally sensible and witty) very pleasing. Her hair is of a fine glossy black, fine sparkling eyes, and her skin as white as alabaster, she is now in keeping by a gentleman in trade.
