This lady is daughter to an Irish macebearer, who brought her up in a very indifferent manner; when she was of age she was obliged to go to service; where by the assistance of a very good face, and a seeming modesty of behaviour, she had the good fortune to make a conquest of her young master, a young gentleman of very great estate, she repulsed his advances a good while, when at last, having secured herself a good settlement for life, she capitulated; but he has since left her on account of her infidelity to him. She is pretty lusty, good hair, and dark eyes.
