Her Covent Garden Ladies Entry:

This lady is the widow of an officer, who left her in good circumstances, besides a pension, which she still enjoys. She lived for some time with a bookseller near Gray's Inn Gate, and afterwards with a Scotch surgeon, belonging to the navy. Through her extravagance, she got in debt, and was a long time in the Marshalsea, where she soon became very great with an engraver. They were both cleared by an act, and when they came out separated by agreement. She now carries on trade for herself very expensive in her way of business; she is short, dark eyes and hair, very pretty, and loves the sport, but a damnable drunkard.
