Nature in all her works scarce ever formed a more engaging girl; a gentleman of the navy (who gave her the present name) is now her keeper,

And seems as fond of her as fond can be.

She is likewise fond of him, and, like him too, fond of variety; give and take is what they go by, and no jealousy seems to exist between them; they are perfectly happy in each others company, and never miserable out of it; they meet each other beauxed and belled, and pass as mere nominal acquaintances; as we look on this as matter of fact, no gentleman need hesitate paying her a visit at her own apartments. She is rather tall in figure, and not more than twenty, with a fair complexion, good teeth, fine blue eyes, and, in company chatty, witty and agreeable.

She has not been in life much more than a twelvemonth, and therefore thinks her person, youth and novelty, cannot be dear at two guineas per night.
